MOLLY NOLAN

Is a Montauk native that grew up playing tennis at the Montauk Downs. She first picked up a racquet when she was 8 and started working behind the desk at the Downs when she was 13. By 17 she was on the court teaching and helping to manage. She played 5 years of varsity tennis for East Hampton, and went on to play 3 semesters of D3 College Tennis for Skidmore. From there, she transferred to Cornell to earn a Bachelor’s in Nutrition followed by a Master’s in Nutrition from NYU. In 2017, she started co-operating the Downs and then ran it solo from 2019-2021. She sadly lost her lease at the Downs in 2022, but fortunately things fell into place just up the road at Hither Hills Racquet Club…on that note, here’s to season 3 at the new spot!!


BOLOR ENKHBAYAR

We are beyond excited to have this gem back for season FIVE. This lovely Brit with Mongolian roots recently finished her MBA in Brooklyn, while assistant coaching the men and women’s tennis teams. During her college career, Bolor played at the top of the singles and doubles line up, earning All American Honorable Mention her sophomore year. If you’ve been on court with Bolor, you know you can expect heaps of smiles, good energy, a solid sweat, game improvement, and some wonderful tunes!!


STEFAN ILIC

We are so happy to have this wonderful face returning for his FOURTH season!! Stefan was born and raised in NYC where he excelled at the junior level, reaching a high of #13 in the East and top 200 in the nation. Stefan played D1 tennis at Stony Brook University for a year, and earned a BA in Philosophy. For the last 10 years he has been working as a tennis coach all over The New York area, gaining heaps of experience.

Whether you want a good sweat, some technical feedback, or are trying to perfect your one handed backhand…Stefan is your guy!!


LUIZ TEPEDINO

Meet Luiz! We are so excited to welcome this seasoned Brazilian for his first season with us. He will be here start to end, and given his 10+ years of teaching he is ready to make impact on your games! Luiz first picked up a racquet when he was 9 years old. He reached #1 ranking for Rio De Janeiro in 2004 & 2006, and his top ranking for all of Brazil was #17. He earned a BS in Journalism back in Brazil and has spent time teaching at several academy’s in the US. We are super excited to have Luiz apart of the crew this season!


GARRETT MALAVE

Is a native to the North Fork of Long Island. He started playing USTA tournaments at age 8 and locked in the #1 singles spot on Mattituck’s Varsity tennis team as a 7th grader. He held that coveted spot the next 6 years, after which he played 5 years of D3 tennis at #33 Salisbury University. He graduated May 2021 with a BS in Biology & Chemistry Minor. We are so happy to have Garrett back for his FIFTH season, sadly it will only be the spring because he is off to DENTAL SCHOOL in June so get your last licks while you can!!


ANAIS GABRIEL

We are thrilled to have Anais back for her second season. This quad-lingual, high energy gal from Switzerland started playing tennis at the age of 6. As a teen, she won Swiss & European championships and is currently ranked 36 in Switzerland. During her college career at Stetson (BS in Spanish), she won several accolades - NAIA All-American, ASUN All Conference, and ASUN Honor Roll. Anais has ben coaching all ages since she was 15. If you watch her teaching the little ones, it doesn’t take long to realize how gifted she is…and if you see her sparring with another pro, it also doesn’t take long to realize she’s got serious game.


SAMY BAJRACHARYA

Meet Samy! He is coming all the way from Nepal where he first started playing tennis at the age of 3. As a teen, Samy participated in the World Junior Championships and earned the Bronze Medal in the South Asian Games in 2019. He just wrapped up his Junior year at Middle Georgia State University where he is pursuing a degree in Marketing. During his college career he has earned academic honors and placed 4th in NJCAA. We are so excited to have Samy for this upcoming 2024 season.


DAREEN HASSAN

We are excited to welcome Dareen for her first season with us. She grew up in Egypt and learned to play tennis at age 8. She was among the top ranked in Egypt during her teenage years, competing in the African Championships and the qualifiers for the Junior Tennis World Cup as a member of the Egyptian national team. She has just wrapped up her college degree in Marketing here in the US at Nicholls State University where she excelled on the tennis team as well. Dareen has great coaching experience and is excited to grind all summer long.


GIANMARCO PITOTTI

We are so excited to welcome this Italian for his first season with us. Gianmarco started playing tennis when he was 3 years old. By age 14, he had reached his team quarter finals for Italy’s national tournament. He went on to play at the top of the singles and doubles line up for Ottawa University Arizona. He is currently ranked #7 after transferring to Middle Georgia State University where he is pursing a degree in IT (Informations Technology). He started teaching when he was 17 back in Italy and is looking forward to upping your games this summer!


GWEN GRAY

So happy to have Gwen back with us for another season! Many have the privilege of watching this youngin’ grow up on court. If you haven’t, just know she packs a punch! Gwen has been helping on court with the juniors the last few summers. She’s just 16, but knows a whole lot about the game. This 2024 season, expect to find her on and off the court for the month of July before she heads back down south to New Orleans where she’ll start her senior year of high school.
